A complete overhaul of the guest resort post booking email stream resulted in 1 primary framework that supports multiple properties.   

 

This comprehensive layout is easily branded for each respective line of business by simply updating the colors in the CSS and swapping out logos.​

Disney Cruise Line

This highly anticipated, confidential announcement email for Disney's newest ship, The Disney Treasure, took a new design approach.  A series of emails teased the announcement date, then followed up with exclusive booking rights to Disney's newest ship.

Disney Cruise Line

This email stream focused on guests after sailing on a Disney Cruise.  We target guests who just completed their first sailing with Disney Cruise Line along with intender guests who have sailed previously.  Each bucket contains unique upsell information personalized for each guest based on personal choices

Disney Cruise Line

Every month, Disney Cruise Line sends out it's monthly newsletter, the Castaway Club Current.  This purpose of the newsletter is to bring awareness to new and past cruise guests of the history and culture of Disney Cruise Line.

This newsletter was created for Disney Cruise Line, but is used by the Walt Disney World line of business as well.

Wyndham
Destinations

Over the course of nearly 2 years, I worked closely with the Creative Director re-imagining the Wyndham Destinations timeshare website and booking flow.

 

​This incredibly complex business model pushed my understanding of booking flow to it's limits.  I learned more from this project because of the problem solving required to achieve simplicity.

About.com was one of the original leaders in producing and curating original content in the early days of the web.  My role after the company was purchased by IAC properties, was to work with their UX team iterating designs based on user data.
